CUISINE

Our chefs cook the way they would for friends and family gathered around their own table. At Decca Bulla in Brno, we are guided by the seasons and inspired by emotion. We value simplicity and allow great ingredients to speak for themselves, sometimes quietly, sometimes with confidence.

Our menu changes every month and features ten dishes that reflect the current season, local produce, traditions and the ideas that inspire our kitchen at that moment.

WINE

Here, you’ll discover wines with a true sense of place, character and story. Every bottle reflects the people and landscapes from which it comes, taking you on a journey far beyond your table.

Our winemakers are not anonymous suppliers but trusted partners whose work we know and admire. We are proud to introduce their wines as we would introduce old friends.

Sparkling wine is our greatest passion. Champagne, Crémant, Pet-Nat, Sekt, Cava, Penina, we love everything with a little sparkle and a lot of personality.

Our collection features more than 250 wines from Moravia and across Europe. Most of them are available by the glass in our wine bar in Brno, and many can also be ordered online.
